Thornridge HOA Membership is Required and it is a Requirement that the Buyer(s) receive a copy of our Association’s governing documents and other relevant Association information in conjunction with this home purchase. If they did not receive copies of these documents from the Listing Agent or Seller, you can find them here: Bylaws and Deed Restrictions.
 
Please note that our Board of Directors are Residents and Volunteers. With the below information, we can send the Status Letter to the closing Title Company via email within 72 hours of the request.
