Realtor/Title Co: Thornridge HOA Membership is Required and it is a Requirement that the Buyer(s) receive a copy of our Association’s governing documents and other relevant Association information in conjunction with a Thornridge home purchase. If they did not receive copies of these documents from the Listing Agent or Seller, you can find them on our website under the Members tab, then Documents.

 

We will send the Status Letter to the closing Title Company via email within 72 hours of the request. The fee is $50, payable to The Jolicor Group.
